Most of my experience is with Google Domains

For email to work with DKIM, a TXT record has to be added with a random 'selector' and then "._domainkey". Some instructions ask to have the domain name at the end of this but it may not work (and it's not necessary. The value of the key may need to be broken up into 2 parts in 2 pairs of double quotes.
