Edit ATL VERIFED PROVIDER MAINTENANCE report, Save As with initials appended. Why is it limited to 10000?
ATL Physician Changes Notification Report - Crystal by default, start date is set to previous day. Need to adjust if you want to look back more than 1 day (i.e. if you run the report after a weekend. Ran the report with T-4 days and it resulted in nothing... does that mean there are actually no changes?

Edit the report to change "Staff/resource name" to contains "doctor's name" for the doctor you are looking up
